Overview
The Center for Social Innovation at the Stanford Graduate School of Business cultivates leaders to solve the world’s toughest social and environmental problems. With innovative and cross-sector research, education and experiential programs, the Center helps participants lead corporate efforts to improve sustainable practices, manage nonprofits through strategic growth, and launch social enterprises that bring life-changing solutions such as loans to small businesses and safe lighting to the world’s poorest places.
Our programs
Over 40 faculty affiliates from the GSB and across Stanford contribute to the Center’s programs and initiatives that build awareness, skills and the actions of social innovators:
• Stanford Social Innovation Review, a quarterly magazine for nonprofit, philanthropy, and responsible business leaders
• Social Innovation Conversations, an educational podcast channel bringing the voices of the people at the forefront of creating social change in the world
• Social Innovation events, speakers series and conferences
• Executive Education, programs for nonprofit, philanthropy, and responsible business leaders
